Law firm director trades Woodside 3BD

Medium 217eb1a77a060cb00794a0d3f9fda289 John E. Tsavaris II sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 28-33 Hobart St. in Queens to Raymond Chiu and Elaine Choo for $528,000 on Nov. 15.

The 1,734-square-foot house was built in 1940 in Woodside.

Tsavaris II is a partner and director of professional development in the New York office of Kenyon & Kenyon LLP. Concurrently, he serves as adjunct professor of law at Fordham University School of Law and in the Graduate Intellectual Property Program at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Previously, he served with the U.S. Navy, Pentagon and with the Defense Intelligence Agency.

He received his B.S. from Pace University in 1973, his M.S. in marine biology from Queens College in 1977 and his Ph.D. in marine biology from Columbia University in 1981. He obtained his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1987.
