Ibrahim and Mary Abushumays, Sami and Robin Shumays bought a six-bedroom, three-bath home at 87-10 85th St. in Queens from Qian Zhang, Xing Yan Lisa Cao, Charles J. Knipe and Yan Zhang for $530,000 on Nov. 10.

Zhang, Cao, Knipe and Zhang paid $345,000 for the property in Jan. 2010. The 2,256-square-foot house was built in 1910. It is located in Woodhaven.

Robin Shumays was David Steffen's Assistant at GRP.

Sami Shumays is an Arab violinist, composer and teacher. He is owner at Zikrayat, an Arab music and dance ensemble. Prior to that, he was director for Queens Community Arts Fund at Queens Council on the Arts.

He graduated from City University of New York Graduate Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,014 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $415,000.
