Scenic designer moves in Foxfire condo

Medium cba8f126538b1fd89a962c3bfdcd936a Jeffrey Scott Franks acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 8115 Old Moss Road in Northeast Dallas from Ricky L. Haigwood on Oct. 28.

The 2,696-square-foot condo is part of the Foxfire condo development which was built in 1980. It is valued at $248,360.

Franks is a scenic designer. He originally planned to be an actor and has appeared in numerous local and community theater productions while continuing to develop his design skills. He has worked for several years as a video editor and producer.

He holds a B.A. in television/radio and will receive his M.F.A. in stage design from Southern Methodist University.

Haigwood has been a print production manager at InnerWorkings - Plano Regional Business Unit, a global provider of managed print and production solutions to brands across a wide range of industries. He has been with the company since 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 579 condo sales in Northeast Dallas during the past 12 months.
