Real estate firm CEO gets 3BD in Merriman Manor

Medium 6a30ac583a8239fa922dbf37844897a6 Irving Carlton Deal acquired a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 7031 Arboreal Drive in Northeast Dallas from Leslie C. Fitzgerald and Brendon J. Fitzgerald on Oct. 28.

Mr. Fitzgerald acquired the home in the Merriman Manor subdivision in Sept. 2005 from Andrew S. Paul. The 1,582-square-foot house was built in 1966. It is valued at $206,530.

Deal serves as the chairman of the board and CEO of I C Deal Investments. He founded the firm in 1958. He started his career as a sales manager at Alcoa-Wearever-Cutco, where he was the youngest and most successful sales manager in the company's history. After that he entered the real estate development field in Dallas.

He graduated from Stanford University in 1950.

Mr. Fitzgerald serves as the vice president of Henry S. Miller Commercial, a real estate firm.

He attended Rice University.
