The 7,404-square-foot house was built in the Riverside Village subdivision. Mhi Parnership Ltd. acquired the property in May 2009. It is valued at $56,000.

Ramnarayan works as a project manager at E-rewards, a marketing research company that handles business-to-business marketing. Prior to this, she worked as a researcher at UTSW Medical Center.

She holds an M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Texas-Dallas, an M.A. in biomedical engineering from Texas A&M University and a B.A. degree in engineering from Gujarat University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,340 home sales in Irving during the past 12 months.
