David Namazy acquired a one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at 5100 Verde Valley Lane Unit #109 in Far North from Federal National Mortgage Association, Cara A. Featherstone, Vanderlinden and Wernick PC Brice on Oct. 28.

Federal National Mortgage Association acquired the property on Feb. 16. The 985-square-foot unit is part of the 160 units at Boardwalk, a development that was built in 1982 in Far North.

Dr. Namazy is a nephrologist who has practiced in San Diego.

He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas, where he also completed his internship and residency. He completed his fellowship at Southwestern University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been six condo sales in Far North during the past 12 months.
