Damien D. Baden bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 7645 Harley Hills Dr. in North Royalton from Robert J. Stachowicz for $361,000 on Sept. 23.

Stachowicz paid $50,000 for the property in July 2004. The 4,686-square-foot house built was in 2006 in the North Royalton neighborhood.

Baden is the owner of Baden Aviation LLC, who also works as area sales manager at Pulte Homes, a homebuilder in Ohio.

He previously was an agent with Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty.

He attended the Bowling Green State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 314 home sales in North Royalton in 2008, with a median sales price of $160,000.
