Eric A. Harsh bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 205 Prestwick in Broadview Heights from Petros Homes, Inc., for $459,500 on Dec. 11.

The 2,940-square-foot house was constructed in 2002.

Harsh is a partner at Expand Media, a multimedia solutions and education company.

He previously was vice president of color services at X-Rite and vice president and general manager of global services at GretagMacbeth. Prior to that, he was chief executive officer at the Graphic Intelligence Agency.

He attended Indiana University at Bloomington and the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

There were 253 Broadview Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $210,000.
