Anthony J. Galang and Dawn M. Galang bought the four-bedroom, two-bath home at 332 Kenmore Drive in Bay Village from Barbara F. Craig and Joseph R. Craig for $520,000 on Sept. 24.

The Craigs acquired the property in July 2008. The 3,510-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Bay Village East neighborhood.

Mr. Galang has been the president of Forest City Companies Inc., which offers military packaging and industrial sewing services. He previously was a marketing intern at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, which is in the computer software industry.

He attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and the University of Michigan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 248 home sales in Bay Village in 2008, with a median sales price of $156,000.
