There were 11 sales in Westlake for the week ending Dec. 1, according to BlockShopper.

One notable sale in the area was the $265,000 sale of 1824 Halls Carriage Path. Lora Hebda, Lora A. McDonald and William F. Hebda sold the home to Louise S. Lorton and Martin J. Lorton on Nov. 25. The 2,374-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1977 and is located in the Westlake Central neighborhood in the Rockport subdivision.

Other transactions include the $225,000 sale of 3820 Woodpath Trail to Suha Shidiac and the $122,800 sale of 24092 Hedgewood Ave. to Daniel P. Shimola.

The Westlake East neighborhood had the most sales in the area with five, followed by Westlake Central with three and Westlake South with two.

Sales volume was 15.3 percent lower than the previous week and 38.8 percent lower than the same week in 2012. Westlake has averaged 14 sales per week during the last 12 months.
