There were 17 sales in Lakewood for the week ending Dec. 1, according to BlockShopper.

One notable sale in the area was the $187,400 sale of 17815 Lakewood Heights Blvd., Unit 1. Ann M. Dowd and Brian Dowd sold the home to Renee Leslie and William Meeks on Nov. 27. The 1,740-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1924 and is located in the South/Lakewood Heights neighborhood in the Not condos condo development.

Other transactions include the $159,000 sale of 1600 Parkwood Road to Christopher Barthol and the $125,000 sale of 2050 Wyandotte Ave. to Donna Parks.

The South/Lakewood Heights neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by Lakewood Central/Downtown with five and Lakewood Northwest with three.

Sales volume was 29.1 percent lower than the previous week and 41.3 percent lower than the same week in 2012. Lakewood has averaged 21 sales per week during the last 12 months.
