Charles Schwab trader sells 4BD in North Scottsdale

Medium fbd8be84e01b83175f3fcb027c4782c6 Mark and Joann Loddo sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 17779 N. 81st Way in Scottsdale to Mark and Patricia Loera for $362,500 on Aug. 7.

The 2,440-square-foot house in the North Scottsdale neighborhood was built in 1995.

Mr. Loddo has worked for Charles Schwab as a senior institutional equity trader. Before that, he worked in investment management at ING Funds, was a vice president at Jeffries & Co. and a NASDAQ market maker at Lehman Bros.

He attended Fordham University, where he earned a B.S. in finance and management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,592 home sales in Scottsdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $320,000.
