Jennifer and James Witter bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1995 E. Bartlett Place in Chandler from Dale and Sara Berry for $495,000 on Oct. 2.

The 2,125-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the Southeast Chandler neighborhood.

Ms. Witter has been the president at Witter Consulting, a management consulting company. Prior to that, she served as the director of the project management office at PetSmart and a senior manager and unit lead at Accenture.

She holds a B.S. in psychology and an M.A. in educational psychology from Arizona State University. She also holds a project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,590 home sales in Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
