Sam Naghshineh bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 13173 N. 89th Way in Scottsdale from Karol D. McDole for $425,000 on Oct. 2.

The 2,432-square-foot house was built in 1990 in the North Scottsdale neighborhood.

Naghshineh has been an account manager at Infosol Inc., a computer software company. Prior to that, he worked as a sales consultant at Business Objects and he was a consultant at Creo, SOM Corp., Information Industries Inc. and Ernst and Young.

He holds a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Arizona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,621 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $314,090.
