Ginger and James Bowen bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 5202 E. Flower St. in Camelback East from Cynthia and Dane Fernandes for $1.085 million on Oct. 1.

The 3,722-square-foot house was built in 1976 in the Grove Park Estates subdivision.

Ms. Bowen is a professional artist whose works have been featured in galleries and shows from Maui, Hawaii to New York. The self-taught artist studied with the likes of Daniel Greene, Kevin Macpherson, Matt Smith and Michael Albrechtson.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,928 sales in Camelback East during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $139,000.
