The 3,179-square-foot house was built in 1986 in the Paradise Valley South neighborhood.

Ossias is of counsel with Quarles & Bradley LLP in Phoenix, where he is a member of the firm's corporate services group. Before he entered private practice, he worked for Mypoints.com, a publicly-traded Internet marketing firm. He was also a senior counsel with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

He earned his A.B. from Vassar College in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of California-Hastings College of Law in 1997.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,606 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
