The 1,891-square-foot house in the North Fountain Hills neighborhood was built in 2001.

Mr. Guerrerio serves as a business advisory committee member for the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra. Previously he was a senior vice president and the chief financial officer for U.S. Cotton LLC and he worked with Coopers & Lybrand.

He attended Fordham University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 433 sales in Fountain Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,000.
