Etiquette school founder buys in Scottsdale

Medium ed6b25999d3f5d3b7afd5e421ab7992a Susan Von Hellens bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 7358 E. Tuckey Lane in Scottsdale from Murray and Barbara Cohn for $420,000 on Oct. 5.

The 2,679-square-foot home was built in 1979 in the Shea Corridor neighborhood.

Hellens is the founder and director of the Protocol School of Phoenix, an organization specializing in teaching business etiquette, international protocol and skills for correct dining. She previously worked with the University of Virginia medical wives, the Yale University medical wives staff, the Scottsdale Center for the Arts, the Friends of European Art and the Phoenix Art Museum, among others.

She is a certified international etiquette consultant by the Protocol School of Washington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,825 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $313,500.
