Dr. Delzell is a pediatrician in Phoenix.

She earned her M.D. from the East Tennessee State University J. H. Quillen College of Medicine. She completed her residencies at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center and Good Samaritan Children's Hospitals.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 164 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median price of $1.33 million.
