The 5,290-square-foot home was built in 2001 in the Paradise Valley South neighborhood.

Mr. Fox is a partner at the law firm of at Dewane, Dewane, Kummer, Lambert & Fox LLP in Manitowoc, Wisc. He serves on the board of directors of Broadwind Energy Inc., a supplier of value-added products and services to the North American wind energy sector as well as other energy-related industries.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the Marquette University Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,741 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
