David and Toni Bellin sold a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 10027 E. Cedar Waxwing Dr. in Chandler to Andrew and Judith Burtner for $525,000 on Oct. 5.

The 3,209-square-foot house in the Sun Lakes subdivision was built in 2000.

Mr. Bellin serves as the chief executive officer and co-owner of Sunrunner Travel in Chandler. He has been a vice commander, board member and financial officer at the Maricopa City Sheriff's Office.

Ms. Bellin is the co-owner of Sunrunner Travel. She served as the vice president of operations at Ditech Communications, Digital Link, Carl Zeiss Meditec and Humphrey Instruments.

She received her M.B.A. at St. Mary's College of California.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,822 sales in Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
