Washington lawyers acquire Scottsdale home for $3.05M

Medium 4de350bb25d57ced8d3518ff7e350879 Paul Luvera and his wife, Lita, bought a home at 10400 E. Happy Valley Road in Scottsdale from David and Madelyn Garrison for $3.05 million on Oct. 19.

The 6,106-square-foot Unit #787 was built in 2004 in the North Scottsdale neighborhood.

Mr. Luvera is a partner at Luvera, Barnett, Brindley, Beninger and Cunningham. He focuses his practice on damage litigation. He was the president of the Inner Circle of Advocates and of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He is the founder and the former president of the Damage Attorney's Round Table.

He earned his LL.B. from Gonzaga University and his B.A from the University of Washington.

Mrs. Luvera is an attorney and a founding partner of Luvera, Barnett, Brindley, Beninger and Cunningham, where she focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability matters.

She earned her J.D. in 1977 from Gonzaga University and her B.A. in English from the University of Washington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,774 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $313,750.
