The Golabs paid $755,000 for the property in March 2006. The 2,754-square-foot house was built in 1999.

Mr. Golab is a sales agent at HealthMarkets, a health insurance company. He has also been the vice president of Cal Designs Inc., an interior design firm, and he was a pilot with the Aerial Mapping Co.

He graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in aeronautical management technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,081 home sales in the Ahwatukee Foothills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $240,000.
