Mr. Kersten is the owner of Kersten Enteprises, a company that operates Stonehouse Collection, a a greeting cards and stationary company in Scottsdale. He started the company in 2002.

He is a graduate of Arizona State University.

Mr. Brimhall is the chief executive officer of Brimhall Enterprises in Phoenix. He was an operations manager at RREEF Property Managament for three years until 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,762 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $312,500.
