Bear Stearns' telecom analyst sells for $1M in Scottsdale

Medium fddcbc8595be64f8f72cbbc73a08240c Stuart J. Birdt sold a four-bath home at 11572 E. Carribean Lane in Scottsdale to Evelyn and Robert Dukes for $1 million on Oct. 30.

The 3,194-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the North Scottsdale neighborhood.

Birdt is a telecom analyst at Bear Stearns' global emerging markets equity research team. Previously, he was a senior European telecom analyst at Exane BNP Paribas in London. Before that, he was head of European telecom equity research at Deutsche Bank in London.

He holds a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College and obtained his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,787 sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $312,250.
