Dr. Arash G. Vishteh bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 6248 E. Palo Verde Lane in Paradise Valley from Royal Crest Oil Corp. of Nevada for $3.51 million on Oct. 28.

The 2,672-square-foot house was built in 1956 in the Paradise Valley South neighborhood.

Dr. Vishteh has been a neurological surgeon for more than 14 years.

He received his M.D. in 1992 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his residencies at Maricopa Medical Center and the Barrow Neuro Institute/St. Joseph's Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 175 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,317,425.
