Victor and Janice Toft bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 7433 E. Travois Trail in Carefree from Bill R. Arganbright for $850,000 on Oct. 23.

The 3,111-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the East of Cave Creek Road neighborhood.

Mr. Toft serves as a senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis, a company that offers real estate services. Before that, he was in the office leasing field at Insignia/ESG's, which later on merged with CB Richard Ellis. He also worked in the corporate real estate services group at Rubloff Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 75 home sales in Carefree during the past 12 months, with a median price of $529,080.
