The 3,366-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Peoria Central neighborhood.

Tostado has served as the director of customer service at Albertson's LLC, a grocery store chain headquartered in Boise, Idaho.

She attended California State University-Long Beach.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,161 home sales in Peoria during the past 12 months, with a median price of $160,000.
