Christopher and Carole Arapian sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 15809 S. Sixth Dr. in the Ahwatukee Foothills to Diane and James Kirkpatrick for $430,000 on Oct. 27.

The 3,156-square-foot house was built in 1996.

Mr. Arapian has been a solution sales representative at Avnet ATS, an industrial distributors of electronic parts, enterprise computing and storage products and embedded subsystems. Prior to that, he was the director of sales with the company's marketing division. He also served as director of the company's quote center and as a sales and marketing manager.

He attended Carroll Community College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,114 home sales in the Ahwatukee Foothills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $237,000.
