The 6,889-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Paradise Valley North neighborhood.

Cullum is a custom builder and the president of Cullum Homes, an architectural firm. He has been a board member with the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 175 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,317,425.
