Semiconductor company exec buys Scottsdale 4BD

Medium 5ffaf6684314393744495f5bb9c35a50 David Buhaenko and Heather Powner bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 8013 E. Del Laton Dr. in Scottsdale from Scott K. Weiss for $615,000 on Oct. 27.

The 2,903-square-foot house was built in 1979 in the Shea Corridor neighborhood.

Mr. Buhaenko has been the director of the virtual supply chain, sensors and actuator solutions division at Freescale Semiconductor. Prior to working with Freescale, he was the director of quality and operations at Sequoia Communications, a ramp planning manager at DSP Systems and he worked at Texas Instruments.

He attended the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Mr. Weiss is a certified public accountant and a share holder at GreenbergTraurig. He also serves as co-chair of the firm's corporate associate training and development.

He holds a J.D. from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Arizona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,902 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $307,500.
