Shuree Oldehoeft bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4527 E. Marconi Ave. in Paradise Valley from Christine Cook for $385,000 on Oct. 28.

Cook paid $537,500 for the property in Aug. 2006. The 2,267-square-foot house was built in 1985.

Oldehoeft is the founder and owner of Arizona Medical Boutique. She has been in the industry for more than 10 years. Prior to that, she worked as an emergency medical technician and as a board certified physician assistant.

She completed her physician assistant studies at Union College in Lincoln, Neb.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,753 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $174,900.
