The property was transferred to Ing Bank FSB on June 25. The 3,197-square-foot home in Sonoran Foothills was built in 2005.

Ms. Cegielski is a project manager at the Phoenix office of American Express, where she previously served as a senior business systems analyst. Previously, she worked at Holsum Bakery, Inc., where she served as an accounting specialist, united way chair and retail outlets team leader.

She attended University of Phoenix.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 311 home sales in North Gateway during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $225,000.
