Linda P. Boisjolie of Keller Williams Integrity First Realty is the listing agent. The 3,250-square-foot Unit #38 was built in 1982 in Biltmore Gates condominium development. Lloyd acquired the property for $1.195 million in Aug. 2007.

Lloyd is a professional football player who plays for the Denver Broncos. He previously played for the San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins and Chicago Bears.

He owns and manages Flight Eighty 5 Publishing LLC, a producer of over 30 R&B hip-hop tracks.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been three condo sales in Camelback East during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $535,000.
