Orthopedic surgeon pockets $1.785M in Camelback East

Medium bcaca4d2accf3884071e0a899a05e62e Joseph M. Scoggin and Kimberly S. Scoggin sold a home at 5102 E. Exeter Blvd. in Camelback East to Chris Watts and Jo Mandy for $1.785 million on Oct. 26.

The Scoggins paid $1.315 million for the house in May 2004. The 4,602-square-foot house was built in 1969. It is located in Del Ray Estates subdivision.

Dr. Scoggin is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He specializes in adult and pediatric fracture care, sports medicine and arthroscopy and joint replacement. He is affiliated with Banner Desert Medical Center, Cardon Children's Medical Center, and Arizona Orthopedic Surgical Hospital.

He completed his medical degree at Loma Linda University and undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Oral Roberts University.

Ms. Scoggin serves as a music director at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Tempe.
