David K. Rau sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 15673 N. 175th Drive in Surprise for $240,000 in Sept. 2009, a home at 5062 E. Lucia Drive in Desert View for $165,000 in July 2009 and a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 6430 W. Laredo St. in Chandler for $136,000 in Aug. 2009.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 46 home sales in Unincorporated Cave Creek during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $368,500.
