Jeffrey J. Meskan bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 6516 E. Montreal Place in Paradise Valley from Kimberly Alfonso and Sean Alfonso for $427,000 on Oct. 4.

The Alfonsos paid $760,000 for the property in Jan. 2006. The 2,852-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Kierland subdivision.

Meskan is the CEO of Nexus 21 TV Lift Systems, a manufacturer of high quality lift systems for flat panel LCD and plasma televisions.

He graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder.

According to Blockshopper.com, there have been 1,849 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $160,726.
