Andrea Lynn Shayer and her husband, Joel, sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1522 E. Silverwood Drive in Ahwatukee Foothills to Spencer and Darcy A. Viner for $400,000 on Dec. 7.

The 3,263-square-foot house was built in 1990 in the Shadow Rock at the Foothills subdivision.

Dr. Shayer is a family and emergency medicine physician at Cardiac Care in Cottonwood.

She received her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed her residency at Maricopa Medical Center.

Mr. Viner serves as the organized labor representative for the U.S.S. Saratoga Museum Foundation. Previously, he served as a general counsel to the Education and Training fund of the Laborer's International Union.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 739 home sales in Ahwatukee Foothills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $210,000.
