The 4,767-square-foot house was built in 2002 in North Scottdale. It is located in the Santa Catalina Estates subdivision.

Dr. Ferry is an orthopedic surgeon affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital.

He received his M.D. from Rush Medical College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 571 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $273,500.
