Joseph Andrew Ordyna and his wife, Julynn, bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 3449 E. Mallory Circle in Mesa from Wells Fargo Bank for $440,000 on Dec. 7.

The 4,276-square-foot house was built in 2001 in North Mesa. It is located in the Hermosa Groves North subdivision.

Mr. Ordyna is the principal research and analytics consultant at Surveynomics, an online survey firm. Prior to that, he was a vice president of strategic insights and consulting at InContact, a contact center services provider. He was also a director at eBay Corporation.

He attended the University of Phoenix and Weber State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,072 home sales in Mesa during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,000.
