Burley and Shelby paid $1.48 million for the property in March 2007. The 3,879-square-foot home in Paradise Valley South was built in 1960. It is part of the Hidden Village subdivision. Shane Ashcraft of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent.

Burley is the managing director at International Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm in Scottsdale.

He attended the College of Charleston.
