Diko Mihov bought a condo at 111 W. 67th St. in Lincoln Square from Christopher S. Huang for $4.94 million on Jan. 9.

Unit #36-E is one of its 282 units in the building, which dates back to 1992.

Mihov has served as a managing director of the Hedge Fond D. Show in New York. Originally from Bulgaria, he earned his bachelor's in mathematics from Sofia University before earning a Ph.D. in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mihov bought the adjacent Unit #36-D for $3.45 million on the same day.

There were 933 condo sales in Lincoln Square in 2008, with a median price of $898,000.
