Consulting executive buys $2.492M Tribeca condo

Medium ce6e05b371c07af3b332f4138747beb6 Heiko Lotz and Antonella Rosati bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 25 N. Moore St. in Tribeca from Marie Francoise Pourcel for $2.492 million on Aug. 20.

Unit #12B is in The Atalanta, which has 17 stories and was built in 1924.

Lotz serves as a managing director and head of Europe, Middle East, and Africa business for Kohlberg & Associates, an international consulting firm. Prior to joining Kohlberg & Associates, he was managing director at Deutsche Bank AG, where he held various senior management positions in global securities services, asset management and investment banking. During his 18 years with the bank, he was based in Frankfurt am Main, London, and New York.

He received an MBA in international and strategic management from the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin and the University of California–Berkeley, and a bachelor's degree in economics and banking from Hochschule fur Bankwirtschaft in Frankfurt, Germany.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 69 condo sales in Tribeca in 2008, with a median sales price of $2.04 million.
