Dr. Grace H. Pak and Jeffrey N. Myers sold the two-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo Unit #3E at 41 Fifth Ave. in Greenwich Village to Annette B. Johnson and Carlos S. Johnson for $1.325 million on Aug. 25.

Myers and Pak paid $1.5 million for the property in March 2007.

Dr. Pak is a dermatologist at Grace Dermatology in New York City. She received her M.D. from the Cornell University College of Medicine.

There are 88 units in the 15-story building at 41 Fifth Ave. It was built in 1924.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 96 condo sales in Greenwich Village in 2008, with a median sales price of $780,000.
