Karen C. Lapidus bought condo Unit #14G at 75 E. Front St. in Yorkville from Daniel Aronson for $650,000 on Sept. 1.

Aronson paid $400,000 for the condo in Nov. 2006.

Lapidus served as vice president, general counsel and secretary at Unitel Video, Inc., a former provider of studio and mobile production facilities, and post-production and special effects services based in New York that filed for bankruptcy in Sept. 1999.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 199 condo sales in Yorkville in 2008, with median sales price of $636,000.
