Sharma is a corporate associate at the New York office of the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. She earned her B.S. degree and law degree from Pennsylvania State University and from Washington University, respectively.

Berro is president of Harold Levinson Associates, a wholesale distributor of candy, cigarettes and tobacco. The company has offices in Farmington, Albany and Naugatuck, Conn.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 128 condo sales in Chelsea in 2008, with median sales price of $775,000.
