Yael Hayim and Phillip Skolnick bought two bedroom condo at 110 Riverside Dr. on the Upper West Side from Peter and Ellen Kettle for $1.6 million on Sept. 16.

The Kettles paid $1.78 million for Unit #15C in July 2006.

Hayim is an associate at ING Capital LLC, a corporate finance advisory firm based in New York City. He attended Bogazici University in Turkey and the Columbia Business School of Columbia University.

Mr. Kettle is a financial advisor at Edward Jones Investments. He formerly served as a director at Citi. He also served as a senior vice president at Kleinwort Benson.

He attended the University of Oxford and the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 161 sales on the Upper West Side in 2008, with median sales price of $850,000.
