Dr. Dennis Tarnow and Karen Tarnow bought a condo at 401 E. 11th St. in Lenox Hill from the Emirates A Dubai Corp. for $2.7 million on Sept 10.

Unit #30A is part of the Bridge Tower Place condo development.

Dr. Tarnow specializes in periodontics at New York City Specialized Dentistry. In addition to his practice, he currently chairs the department of periodontology and implant dentistry at the New York University College of Dentistry, where he is involved in implant research.

He earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Brooklyn College and his D.D.S. from New York University College of Dentistry.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 212 sales in Lenox Hill in 2008, with median sales price of $999,000.
