Shane E. Peros and Jacqueline M. Peros bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 601 W. End Ave. on the Upper West Side from Philip R. Ohriner and Shoshana W. H. Ohriner for $1.2 million on Sept. 11.

The Ohriners paid $1.199 million for the property in Oct. 2005. The 1,450-square-foot Unit #4A is one of 16 units in the 13-story building at 601 W. End Ave., which was built in 1916.

Mr. Peros is the director of North American sales and a publisher with Google. He's also served as the vice president of North American Sales with DoubleClick.

Ms. Peros is the owner at JMP Image & Style Consultant LLC, which specializes in image and wardrobe management for individuals and corporations. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 389 condo sales on the Upper West Side in 2008, with a median sales price of $780,000.
