The 39-story development was built in 1989.

Mr. Zeckendorf serves as the owner and co-chairman for Terra Holdings, a New York City holdings company. He also serves as owner and Co-Chairman of Zeckendorf Realty LP and president of Vanderbilt Insurance.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 209 condo sales in Lenox Hill during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $1,025,000.
